At LuxeHomes, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luxehomeshop.us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
