Free US Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum order required, no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 7–15 business days from the date of shipment. Most orders arrive within this window, though delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please reach out to us at support@luxehomeshop.us and we will investigate immediately. We will either resend your order or issue a full refund — your satisfaction is our priority.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 24 hours at support@luxehomeshop.us and we will do our best to update it.
